Stallone has written a Rocky sequel, but doubts it will be made
Sylvester Stallone told TV Insider he has written another Rocky story, set outside the boxing ring, in which Rocky helps people in a changing neighbourhood. He said he wrote it for himself and is unsure whether audiences would find it interesting; he also expressed interest in a prequel about how the characters met in the 1960s.
Bottom line — The sequel has a script, but Stallone has not said it will go into production.
