Arion Kurtaj, who leaked GTA 6 footage in 2022, faces UK trial on November 9
Arion Kurtaj, a former Lapsus$ member, is due to stand trial at Woolwich Crown Court on November 9, according to a LinkedIn post by barristers at Red Lion Chambers, as reported by GTAVice.net. He hacked Rockstar Games in September 2022 and leaked about 90 early GTA 6 clips, a case the studio later said cost it around $5 million (approximately €4.6 million) to address. The trial comes ten days before the game's November 19 release.
Bottom line — Kurtaj's trial opens ten days before GTA 6's November 19 launch, though no link to the separate Cyberleek leaks has been established.
