Nvidia open-sources Run:ai
Nvidia has released the full Run:ai platform as open source, allowing developers and cloud providers to use its tools for allocating GPU capacity across AI workloads. CTech reports Nvidia bought the Israeli-founded company in late 2024 for an estimated €735 million ($800 million); the open-source release follows a commitment made at the time of the acquisition.
Bottom line — The community version requires no paid Run:ai subscription, but Nvidia enterprise support remains part of its commercial offerings.
