Apple A20 Pro debuts on 2nm; MediaTek, Qualcomm race to follow
Apple launched the A20 Pro, its first 2nm iPhone chip, at its September 9 event. The chip powers the iPhone 18 Pro and the new foldable iPhone Duo, with a redesigned packaging and dual neural engines. The move intensifies the race with MediaTek and Qualcomm, both of which are pushing their own 2nm flagship chips.
